Kingdom Principles
Living out the kingdom
1. Christ-Centered Focus
We keep Jesus at the forefront of all we do, remembering that He is the head of the Church and the source of true kingdom fruit. We acknowledge that our effectiveness and unity flow from His lordship and redeeming work. In every endeavor, we seek to exalt His name and reflect His character, ensuring that our methods and motives honor Him above all.
Key Scripture: Colossians 1:18
“And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.”
2. Obedience to God’s Word
We align our strategies, actions, and teachings with Scripture, allowing God’s truth to shape and direct our efforts. By holding fast to the Bible’s authority, we preserve purity in both our message and methods. This commitment ensures we stand on the unchanging foundation of God’s revealed will.
Key Scripture: 2 Timothy 3:16
“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.”
3. Servant Leadership
We follow Jesus’ model of humility and service, leading by example and prioritizing the needs of others. True greatness in God’s kingdom is expressed through sacrificial love rather than personal gain. By humbling ourselves before God and one another, we create an environment where everyone flourishes under Christ’s leadership.
Key Scripture (NKJV), Matthew 20:26–28
“Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant. And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave— just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.”
6. Radical Generosity
4. Unity and Collaboration
We honor the Body of Christ as diverse yet interdependent, pursuing oneness that glorifies God and amplifies kingdom impact. Each believer and ministry carries unique gifts that, when woven together, reflect the fullness of Christ’s work on earth. By setting aside competition and striving for unity, we become a powerful testimony of God’s reconciling love.
Key Scripture : Ephesians 4:4
“There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling.”
5. Empowerment and Multiplication
We believe in building capacity—equipping individuals and ministries to grow in effectiveness and reproduce kingdom work. Discipling and training others ensure the gospel message and its transformative power spread far beyond our immediate sphere. By investing in others, we follow Christ’s multiplication model, raising up new leaders who will continue His mission.
Key Scripture : Ephesians 4:11–12
“And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.”
We give freely of our time, resources, and energy, recognizing that God first lavished His grace on us through Christ. Our generosity extends beyond financial means, encompassing hospitality, encouragement, and sharing spiritual gifts. Through radical, selfless giving, we demonstrate the heart of a loving Father who longs to bless others through His people.
Key Scripture : 2 Corinthians 9:6–7
“But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.”
7. Faithful Stewardship
We recognize that every provision—financial or otherwise—ultimately belongs to God, and we aim to use these resources responsibly for His glory. Faithful stewardship involves transparency, careful planning, and a commitment to excellence in whatever He entrusts to us. By managing our gifts wisely, we honor the One who equips us to serve others.
Key Scripture : Luke 16:10
“He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much.”

8. Accountability and Transparency
We commit to honest communication, sound financial practices, and moral integrity, fostering trust and credibility within the network. By remaining open and truthful, we safeguard the unity and witness of the Body of Christ. In love, we speak truth to one another, believing that humility and authenticity strengthen our shared mission.
Key Scripture : Ephesians 4:25
“Therefore, putting away lying, ‘Let each one of you speak truth with his neighbor,’ for we are members of one another.”
9. Prayer as a Foundation
We prioritize prayer as the essential starting point for every plan, decision, and partnership. Through prayer, we align our hearts with God’s purposes and invite His power into all aspects of our work. This creates a culture of continual dependence on Him rather than on our own strengths or strategies.
Key Scripture : Philippians 4:6
“Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.”
10. Authentic Sacrificial Love
We follow Christ’s example of laying down our lives for others, serving with humility and compassion even when it costs us personally. This kind of love goes beyond words or feelings, expressing itself in tangible acts of kindness and mercy. As we pour ourselves out for others, we mirror the heart of our Savior who gave everything so that we might live.
Key Scripture : John 15:13
“Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.”
11. Dependence on the Holy Spirit
We acknowledge our need for the Spirit’s guidance and power, understanding that apart from Christ, we can do nothing of eternal value. The Holy Spirit provides wisdom, conviction, and supernatural anointing for kingdom work. By walking in step with the Spirit, we bear fruit that testifies to God’s presence in and through us.
Key Scripture : John 15:5
“I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.”
12. Compassion and Justice
We reflect God’s heart by championing the cause of the marginalized, standing against injustice, and extending mercy to those in need. Genuine compassion moves us beyond words to practical action that brings healing, restoration, and dignity. As we do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with our God, we become conduits of Christ’s transforming grace in a broken world.
Key Scripture : Micah 6:8
“He has shown you, O man, what is good;
And what does the Lord require of you
But to do justly,
To love mercy,
And to walk humbly with your God?”
13. Joyful Witness
We share the good news of Jesus Christ with joy, testifying to His life-changing power in every sphere of influence. Our testimony springs from a heart of gratitude, recognizing God’s faithfulness in our own lives and longing for others to experience the same hope. Through Spirit-empowered boldness, we shine as witnesses who make disciples of all nations.
Key Scripture : Acts 1:8
“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
14. Humility and Teachability
We approach ministry and relationships with open hearts, acknowledging that God can teach us through Scripture, the Holy Spirit, and the wisdom of fellow believers. By humbling ourselves, we create space for deeper revelation, correction, and growth in righteousness. This posture fosters unity, wisdom, and an environment of continual spiritual maturity.
Key Scripture (NKJV), 1 Peter 5:5–6
“Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for
‘God resists the proud,
But gives grace to the humble.’
Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time.”
15. Perseverance in Faith
We remain steadfast in our trust in God’s promises, especially when facing challenges or uncertainties. This enduring faith is fueled by the hope of Christ’s victory over sin and death, motivating us to press on with courage and conviction. Our perseverance testifies to God’s sustaining grace and encourages others to persevere as well.
Key Scripture (NKJV), James 1:2–4
“My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.”

“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light.”
1 Peter 2:9
