What We Do

1. Cohort Formation

KIN identifies and groups leaders or ministries with similar callings or challenges—ensuring a fruitful exchange of ideas and encouragement.

2. Structured Gatherings

Peer Learning Circles typically meet (virtually or in-person) over a set period, walking through curricula or topical series aligned with kingdom values (e.g., servant leadership, disciple-making, community outreach).

3. Expert Facilitation

Each circle includes a seasoned mentor who provides coaching, biblical insights, and practical guidance, creating a safe environment for honest dialogue.

4. Communities of Practice

As KIN grows, we'd like to introduce communities of practice aimed at creating ongoing dynamic learning communities where leaders that have similar visions and callings can connect, sharpen each other, and grow their kingdom impact together.

Why It Matters

Everyone has something to teach that can enhance and expand what God is doing

Mutual Encouragement & Accountability

As Proverbs 27:17 says, “Iron sharpens iron.” Leaders grow stronger when they learn from peers facing similar challenges.

Practical Solutions & Best Practices

Whether it’s navigating church growth, strategic planning, or community transformation, peers learn faster together than in isolation.

Spiritual Growth & Community

Leaders often pour out to others but rarely receive. Peer Learning Circles offer a space for spiritual refreshment and peer support.

Collective Problem Solving

Even the best leaders need support navigating complex environments and challenges. Our learning circles provide unique opportunities for kingdom-minded people to come together to mutually support each other through working together to overcome problems.

34 Um novo mandamento vos dou: que vos ameis uns aos outros; como eu vos amei, que vocês também se amem. 35 Nisto todos saberão que sois meus discípulos, se tiverdes amor uns aos outros”.

João 13:34-35
